Vineyards at Hammock Ridge
The Vineyards at Hammock Ridge is located in Clermont, Florida. This 280 unit Luxury Apartment Complex was completed in 2015. This residential complex has one, two and three-bedroom apartments, as well as carriage-house style apartments. It also includes several buildings with elevator access, garages, a luxury pool and spa amenities and a state-of-the-art workout facility. Mark Portrait Construction worked with Charlan Brock & Associates to provide the Owner with, what was at the time of completion, the fastest leasing property in Central Florida.
This $26 million project was completed in just 14 months. In working with the Architect on this project to meet the construction budget, Mark Portrait Construction implemented numerous cost estimate and value engineering initiatives. One example was installing windows with higher design pressure to ensure better water integrity and guarantee energy rebates to the owner. Mark Portrait Construction also administered Icynene insulation to the underside of the roof deck on the Clubhouse and Fitness Buildings to lower the consumption of electricity.
