In operation since 2014, we have contracted over $500 million in construction costs. A few of our success stories include:

• The Hartle Grove project, with 328 units completed in 15 months.
• The Dunson Grove project, with 318 units completed in 18 months.
• The Hub on Campus Orlando project, with a capacity of 745 students, was completed within budget on a strict deadline.
• The Lakewalk and The Lodge, 2 elegant projects in the Hamlin Village- soon to be 3 with the completion of the Homestead at Hamlin later this year.

Portrait Construction of Florida, Inc. has an aggregate bonding capacity of $100 million and currently has four active projects with two set to complete by the end of 2023. Portrait Construction, Inc. holds a Florida Class A General Contracting License.
