Portrait Construction of Florida, Inc. is a collaboration between Mark Construction Co., and Portrait Construction, Inc. Mark Construction, based in Central Florida, has almost 50 years of experience building commercial and multi-family projects. In the last 28 years, Mark Construction has completed 256 projects totaling almost $500 million. In the last four years alone, we have constructed seven apartment complexes and a new student housing project totaling almost $200 million.
Portrait Construction, Inc. based in Corona, California, was established in 2012 as an affiliate of Portrait Homes, Inc. Together they have built over 15,000 tax credit affordable and market rate multi-family apartments since 1990. Currently, Portrait Construction, Inc. has over $60 million in projects under construction.
Portrait Construction of Florida, Inc. has a single project bonding capacity of $80 million and an aggregate bonding capacity of $100 million. Our largest project to date is a $35 million project with 330 rooms in Clearwater, Florida named Alexander at Countryside.
